What is Considered "Good" Health?

To qualify for the best coverage and savings, applicants should be in generally good health. Unfortunately, certain medical conditions may make you ineligible.

Disqualifying Conditions Include:

  • Current or history of diabetes

  • Bipolar disorder or major depression

  • Currently pregnant

  • Need for maternity care or IVF

  • On disability insurance

  • Rheumatoid arthritis

  • COPD

  • History of heart attack

  • Ongoing back problems

  • History of A-Fib

  • Taking weight-loss insulin

  • Taking pain medication regularly

  • History of cancer or stroke

  • Need for expensive medications

  • Upcoming surgery
